1. Agreement and service provider
These terms apply when you use the Wallpaper Masters wallpaper try-on service. The service is provided by Wallpaper Masters Pty Ltd, ABN 25 491 108 839 (“Wallpaper Masters”, “we”, “us”). By selecting the required acceptance box, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Try-On Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree, do not upload an image or generate a preview.
2. What the try-on does
The try-on combines a room photo you supply with a selected Wallpaper Masters pattern to produce an AI-generated visualisation. Google Gemini processes the image and pattern information to create the result. The service may be changed, suspended or withdrawn when maintenance, security, provider availability or legal requirements make that necessary.
Each non-admin account can receive up to 20 AI-generated wallpaper images. Authorised Wallpaper Masters administrator accounts are not subject to that limit. A slot is reserved while a generation is processing and is counted only when an image is successfully delivered. If the provider rejects the request or an internal or provider failure prevents delivery, the slot is returned automatically where our system can verify the outcome. The 20-image account allowance does not renew.
3. Your images and responsibilities
You must only upload an image that you are entitled to use. You must not upload:
- an image that infringes another person’s privacy, copyright or other rights;
- illegal, abusive, deceptive, explicit or harmful material;
- an image containing highly sensitive documents, financial details or information that is not needed for a room preview; or
- content intended to test, disrupt, bypass or misuse the service or its security controls.
You retain your rights in your original room photo. You give Wallpaper Masters and its processing providers a limited permission to process the photo solely to operate, secure and support the try-on in accordance with these terms and the Privacy Notice.
4. Image handling and saved gallery
Your resized room image and the selected pattern are sent for the current generation request. To preserve your selection through Google sign-in, the resized room photo and selected pattern may be held in private storage inside your own browser for up to 30 minutes. The browser draft is removed after generation, sign-out or expiry. Wallpaper Masters does not retain the original room upload as a separate file after processing. Every successful generated result is retained in private storage linked to the account and can be reviewed by authorised Wallpaper Masters administrators for service operation, support, security and catalogue-demand analysis.
When you explicitly save a result, a separate copy is made available in your private account gallery until you delete it or request account deletion. Deleting the gallery copy does not delete the administrator archive. Account deletion removes the active archive and gallery copies, subject to retention required by law or necessary to resolve a security or service dispute. Try-on event metadata, including the selected pattern, timestamps, attempt count and outcome, may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
Image data is processed by Google Gemini and hosted infrastructure providers. Their handling of data is also subject to their applicable service controls and terms. We do not promise that an external provider has no independent legal retention obligation.
5. Indicative output only
AI-generated previews may contain visual errors or alter room details. Colour, texture, pattern repeat, scale, alignment, lighting and wall coverage can differ from the physical wallpaper and final installation. The output is an inspiration aid only and is not a product sample, measurement, quotation, specification, installation plan or guarantee.
Confirm the physical sample, wall dimensions, substrate and installation requirements with Wallpaper Masters before ordering or relying on a design decision.
6. Account security and access
The try-on uses Google sign-in through Netlify Identity. You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account and for activity carried out through your try-on account. Tell us promptly if you believe the account or saved gallery has been accessed without permission.
We may block or limit access when reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect users, enforce the non-admin 20-image account allowance, respond to legal requirements or maintain service security. Administrator access is checked by the server against the current administrator email list.
7. Optional choices
Marketing email consent and preference-research consent are optional and separate from accepting these terms. They begin unchecked. You can change either choice from the try-on account area. Commercial email is sent only to accounts whose latest marketing choice is active and includes an unsubscribe method. Withdrawing does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Research participation covers only the voluntary room type shown in the form and its analysis with saved wallpaper previews and pattern preferences. We do not collect age range, region or homeowner/renter status for this research, and Wallpaper Masters does not ask the try-on to infer sensitive traits from your photo.
8. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but AI and third-party services can be unavailable or produce unsuitable results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, Wallpaper Masters is not responsible for loss caused by treating an indicative preview as an exact product representation, measurement or professional design instruction.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a material change affects the try-on, we may require you to accept a new version before another generation. The version and acceptance time are recorded with your account.
