Everything that applies when you buy from the Wallpaper Masters Tools shop. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply on top of anything written here.

We ship Tools shop orders to addresses within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside Australia, please contact us before ordering.
We send from our Kellyville Ridge warehouse in Sydney via Australia Post Parcel Post.

You are welcome to collect your order from either showroom at no charge. We will contact you when your order is ready.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully, and contact us before ordering if you are unsure which product you need. This does not affect the rights below, which apply whenever there is something wrong with the product.

Our tools are small enough to post, so we may ask you to send the item back to us. You pay the postage to return it in the first instance.
If the product is confirmed to have a problem, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs along with your refund or replacement. Please keep your postage receipt.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within five business days of us receiving and assessing the item.
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address to process and deliver it. If you are signed in, the order is linked to your Wallpaper Masters account so it can be shown in My Account. Guest orders are not attached to an account; instead, we email a private link to the order and delivery progress to the checkout address you provide.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own systems. Your full card number is never transmitted to, or stored on, this website or our servers.
Order and transaction records are retained for seven years, as Australian tax law requires. We share your delivery details only with Australia Post to deliver your parcel. This page covers Tools shop orders only — see our Try-On privacy notice for how the wallpaper try-on tool handles images.
The link in an order email provides private access to limited order information, so do not forward it. It does not display your full email or delivery address. You can also look up an order with its order number and checkout email on the order tracking page or, for account-linked purchases, in My Account.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST at 10%. Shipping, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout before you pay. A tax invoice showing our ABN and the GST included is available on request.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not apply a card surcharge. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Occasionally an item may sell out after your order is placed. If we cannot supply what you ordered, we will contact you and refund you in full.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
